250g brinjal se 60g calories prapt hoti hai. Ismein fat nhi hota aur 2.2% protein itne brinjal se milta hai. Ismein sugar ki matra bhi bahut kam hoti hai.

VITAMIN ke liye.........
Ismein Vitamins B, B1, B3 aur B6 hota hai. Ye low fat , rich in protein hai aur Carb metabolism ke liye aavashyak hai. Ye 'stay thin' food hai kyunki ismein dietary fibre aur paani 95% hai. Fibre adhik hone se ye aanton (intestines) ko saaf karta hai aur liver par bhaar nhi aane deta hai. Ye kabj (constipation) bhi nhi hone deta hai.
