Perfect Diet..... according to Blood Group

We try every bit to stay fit. Sweat our day out at the gym and also stay away from our favourite foods. BUT the scientists have discovered that eating according to the blood group may have a very good effect on our health.

The following are the suitable food products for people with different blood groups:-

  • Blood group O-
It is the oldest known blood group. People having this blood group prefer eating foods with high levels of protein and also like non-vegetarian food.
SUITABLE  FOOD  ITEMS- Meat, Fish, Vegetables and Fruits.
UNSUITABLE FOOD ITEMS- Milk Products.

  • Blood group B-
Until the discovery of this blood group, people had started farming. So, they started eating cereals along with flesh of animals.
SUITABLE  FOOD  ITEMS- Meat, Fish, Coffee, Cereals, Beans, Vegetables and Fruits.
UNSUITABLE  FOOD  ITEMS- Packed foods and Cauliflower.

  • Blood group A-
By the time of this blood group's discovery, farming had become more prevalent than hunting, so cereals and vegetables were preferred over non-vegetarian food.
SUITABLE  FOOD  ITEMS- Nuts, Seeds, Cereals, Pasta, Fruits and Vegetables.
UNSUITABLE  FOOD  ITEMS- Meat and Milk Products.

  • Blood group AB-
This blood group is a combination of both A and B, so both types of food can be taken.
SUITABLE  FOOD  ITEMS- Fish, Vegetables and Cereals.
UNSUITABLE  FOOD  ITEMS- Read Meat and Corn.
