Flatulence (gas ki takleef)





  • Waat, pitt aur cough(tridosh) ki gadgadi tatha panch mahabhooto ki gadbadi ke karan he rog hote hain| 
  • Bhojan ke pachan me kam se kam sadhe chaar ghante ka samay lagta hai|
  • Isliye bhojan karne ka antraal kam se kam paanch ghante ka hona chahiye|
  • Shareer me anpache bhojan se gas hota hai |
  • Gas mukhyatah nimn prakar ke bhojan lene se hota hai...



  1. Waat-vardhak ann jaise chana, baigan(bribjal) , kaddu , rajma ka prayog kam kren|
  2. Ek bhojan pachne se pehle dusra bhojan na le|
  3. 'Chai' jahan tak sambhav ho chor de ya kam kar de kyuki ek cup chai pachne me 22 ghante ka samay lagta hai|


  • Jyada chai peene se gas hota hai|
  • Gas hone se pet dard hota hai, pet phool jata hai|
  • aajwain ka churn jal ke saath lene par gas me rahat milti hai|
  • Aajwain, baking soda, cheeni milakar pees le| Is churn ko bna kar dabbe me rakh le avam aadha-aadha chammach din me do baar le|
  • Dopahar me chach(mattha) piye|
  • Matthe ko bnane ke liye ek cup dahi me 6 cup paani daale aur acchi tarah milaye|
  • Chach me aajwain aur kaala namak milakar piye|
  • Anjeer , munakka khaye|munakke ko raat me bhingone de aur subah khae|
  • Heengwastak churn khana khane ke baad gungune paani ke saath le|
  • Khane se pehle 10g gur(jaggary) ka sevan kren|[gur budhapa aur bemariyon se bachata hai]
  • Harre ko tave pe bhun kar churn bna le...rat me sote samay 5g jal ke sath sevan kren|
