  • MEMORY badhane ke liye :-
  1. Pranayam karein.
  2.  Ankurit anaj, Fal, Salad, Juice, Hare patte wali sabji ka upayog karein.
  3. Parr ke talvon ki pratidin 5 minute maalish karni chahiye.

  • STRESS se rahat ke liye :-
2 badam, 2 chhoti elaichi aur 5 kaalimirch ko baareek peeskar thode se shahad ke saath milakar khaana chahiye.

  • EYESIGHT acchi karne ke liye:-
Parr ke talvon ki pratidin 5 minute maalish karni chahiye.
