  • Moongfali mein pairodoxin namak B6 vitamin paaya jata hai jo vishesh roop se mastisk avam snauvo(nerves) ke liye labhprad hai |
  • moongfali khane ke turant baad paani nahi peena chahiye qki tailiya pdarth khane ke baad turant paani peene se khansi aane ki aashanka rehti hai |
  • moongfali mein potassium, phosphorus, calcium paya jata hai jo hriday avam mastisk ke sehat ke liye labhprad hai |
  • kacchi moongfali ko raat mein bhingo le, agle din pees le, peesne ke baad chauguni matra mein paani milaye, yah mishran dudh ban jaega; yah paushtik hota hai | is dudh se aap dahi ya paneer bna sakte hain |
  • moongfali ke tail ko jakhm par lgane se ghaw jaldi bharta hai |
  • angkurit moongfali adhik gunkaari hota hai| isme vitamin A, B avam C prachur matra mein paaya jata hai |
