YOG BHAGAAE ROG!!!

Maharshi patanjali ne yog ko aatank, vair bhav, aadi mitane mein bhi kaargar btaya hai.
                                                       'tat sannidhau vair tyagah'
     Arthat jiske(yog ke) saanidhya se log shatruta bhul jate hain tatha vair bhav ki smapti ho jati hai. |
Aaj jab pura vishwa kalah, yudh, aatankwaad tatha naxalwaad se juj rha hai toh iske unmulan hetu police, aantrik suraksha vyawastha ke sath sath yog siksha ko bhi badhawa diya jana chahiye.
  • Yog ke sambadh mein aam bhranti hai ki yog sharirik roop se bimar ya mansik roop se ashant vyakti ko karna chiye.
  • Yog ka prayojan manushya ka apni puri xamta ka jeevan mein upyog karna hai.
  • Yog ke mool granth patanjali yogsutra ke anusaar 'ath yoganusasanam'  ....arthat yog ka pehla path anusashan hai.
  • 'Yogah chitt vritti nirodah' yani yog chitt-vrittiyon(man) ko niyantrit karne ki vidhi hai.
  • 'Tda trastoswarupe tadasthanam' yani apni sthiti ka sahi gyan karna bhi yog ka uddeshya hai
  • Yog do prakaar ka hota hai- antrang yog aur bahirang yog.
  • Shabd do prakaar ke hote hain- hat avam anahat!
    hat shabd do pindon ki takrahat se banta aur anahat bina kisi takrahat ke.....
                    iske sambandh mein kabir ne kaha h,,
    aisa jaap japo manlayi, soham-soham shurota gayi
    chah-sau(600) shahastra ekkison(21) jaap anhad upjay aape aap.
  • 'Yogh karmashu kaushalam' yani yog karne se karm mein kushalta aati hai.
  • Vidyarthi ko teen abhyas karna  chaiye jisse uske pratibha vikas hoga-
  1. subah kren surya namaskar.
  2. padhne se pehle kren anulom-vilom.
  3. sham ko padhne se pehle tratak kren.
  • Swastha ka matlab sirf rog se mukti ya rog ka prabandhan nahi hai balki swastha shabd ka arth bahot vyapak hai.....iska arth "swa mein sthit" hai.
    Swa mein sthit hone ka arth hua aatm bhav mein sthit hona yani apne ko sirf shareer nahi manna balki mool swaroop aatma ko chalak tatha shareer ko wahan manna.


"kaal bhojanam aarogya karanam "

................arthat samay se bhojan karna nirogi rehne ka mool karan hai |

  • Adha bhojan , duguna paani, teeguna shram chowguni muskan ....!!!!
